New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2 million buffer gears linked to index basket

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2 million of 0% buffer gears due Nov. 15, 2022 linked to a basket of international indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The basket consists of equal weights of the Hang Seng China Enterprises index, the Kospi 200 index, the S&P/ASX 200 index and the Hang Seng index.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.36 times the gain. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and lose 1% for each 1% basket decline beyond 20%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent, and UBS Financial Services Inc. is acting as dealer.
