Moody's rates Autotorgbank B3/Baa3.ru

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned the following ratings to Autotorgbank Ltd. Co.: E+ standalone bank financial strength rating, equivalent to a standalone credit assessment of B3; B3 long-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings; and Not Prime short-term local and foreign currency deposit ratings.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's Interfax assigned a Baa3.ru long-term national scale rating Autotorgbank. The rating carries no specific outlook.

The Baa3.ru national scale rating maps to the B3 global scale long-term local currency rating.

Moody's said the action is based on Autotorgbank's audited insurance financial strength rating accounts for 2011, 2010 and 2009, statutory accounts as at end-October 2012 and information provided by the bank's management.
