SpareBank 1 SR-Bank plans €500 million five-year green preferreds

Concord, N.H., Nov. 2 – SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA plans to price €500 million five-year green preferreds (A1) at mid-swaps plus 50 basis points to 55 bps, according to a syndicate source on Tuesday.

The senior preferred notes, which are being priced under Regulation S, are going to be used for funding new or existing green projects.

Citigroup, ING, LBBW and Nordea are the joint bookrunners. ING is the green bond structuring adviser.

The lender is based in Stavanger, Norway.
