Argentina's Autopistas del Sol sets Dec. 17 payment for 2014 notes

Pittsburgh, Nov. 19 - Autopistas del Sol SA has set Dec. 17 as the date for payment of interest and capital on its step-up notes due 2014, according to a company news release.

The record date for the payment is Dec. 2.

According to the release, the company disagreed with the Bank of New York's interpretation of the notes indenture in connection with its decision not to make the notes payments due on Oct. 29.

On Nov. 15, the bank asked the company to set a new record date and payment date.

Autopistas del Sol is a Buenos Aires-based transportation company.
