Autopistas del Sol receives tenders to purchase 81.96% of 7% notes

Pittsburgh, May 18 - Autopistas del Sol SA announced that holders of 81.96% of its 7% notes due June 15, 2009 tendered their notes under an offer to buy the notes as of 5 p.m. ET on May 16, according to a company news release.

The company accepted all of the notes that were validly tendered, and the notes will be purchased on May 23.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. (800 558-3745, or toll free or 212 723-6108) is the international agent for the offer, and Citicorp Capital Markets SA (54 11 4329-1266, attention Xavier Tarradelas) is the agent in Argentina.
