JPMorgan plans buffered enhanced participation notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., June 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due March 12, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.6 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount that expected to be between $1,186.08 and $1,218.24 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes and will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 12.5% or less and will lose 1.1429% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 12.5%.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will price June 18.
The Cusip number is 48132CVK6.
