New Issue: UBS prices $3 million trigger callable yield notes linked to three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 20 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $3 million of 7.23% trigger callable yield notes due March 17, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Nikkei 225 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
The notes are callable at par on any quarterly call date after six months.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless any index finishes below its 75% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.
