New Issue: JPMorgan prices $7.95 million digital equity notes 2020 linked to S&P

Olympia, Wash., July 19 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $7.95 million of 0% digital equity notes due Jan. 22, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is at least negative 12.5%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,101.50 per $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 12.5%.
