New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $6.07 million absolute return barrier notes on S&P, Russell

Minneapolis, March 2 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $6.07 million of 0% absolute return barrier return securities due Feb. 26, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times the return of the lesser-performing index.

If either index falls by up to its 55% knock-in level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the lesser-performing index.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser-performing index.
