Barclays to price five-year buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 21 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 30, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes will price on Nov. 27.
The Cusip number is 06744CK34.
