New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.36 million capped leveraged notes linked to S&P 500

Tacoma, Wash., Feb. 19 – Morgan Stanley priced $3.36 million of 0% capped leveraged notes due Oct. 5, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,300 for each $1,000 principal amount of notes. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.
