New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $4.36 million market-linked notes tied to S&P 500

New York, June 5 – Morgan Stanley priced $4,359,320 of 0% market-linked notes due Nov. 30, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, subject to a maximum payment of $20 per $10 note.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
