New York, April 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $13.25 million of 0% digital buffered notes due May 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 8.02% if the index gains or declines by no more than its 15% buffer.
Otherwise the payout will be par less 117.647% of the decline of the index beyond the buffer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
