New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.07 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes on unequally weighted basket

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.07 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Nov. 20, 2028 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index (35% weight), Russell 2000 index (35% weight), MSCI EAFE index (20% weight) and the MSCI Emerging Markets index (10% weight), according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.27 times any basket gain.

The payout will be par if the basket falls by up to 35%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline below the basket’s initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
