New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.46 million uncapped accelerated barrier notes linked to Dow, S&P

New York, Nov. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.46 million of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Oct. 31, 2028 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 140% of the return of the worst performing index. The payout will be par if the worst performing index declines but finishes above its 70% barrier level. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below its barrier level.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
