New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $394,000 enhanced trigger jump securities on two indexes

Chicago, Oct. 26 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $394,000 of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due April 3, 2028 linked to the S&P 500 index and Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index gains or ends above the downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the worst performing index return and 40%. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
