New Issue: Barclays sells $700,000 buffered digital notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 4 – Barclays Bank plc priced $700,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due April 25, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 6.5%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 30%.
