New Issue: Barclays prices $882,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Nasdaq

Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $882,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Sept. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of the lesser performing index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.31 times that index’s return. If the lesser performing index finishes below its initial level but at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performing index declines from its initial level.
