Chicago, Aug. 16 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $505,000 of 0% enhanced buffered digital plus securities due July 21, 2028 linked to the worse performing of the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If each index finishes at or above the 80% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed return of 41.15%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any decline of the worse performing index beyond 20%.
