New Issue: Citigroup prices $2.44 million 8.15% contingent coupon notes tied to indexes
New York, July 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $2.44 million of contingent coupon equity linked securities due Oct. 25 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 8.15% paid monthly if the worst performing index closes at or above its 85% coupon barrier on the related valuation date.
The payout at maturity will be par if the worst performing index ends at or above its 85% final barrier. Otherwise investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
