New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.84 million capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes on S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., March 27 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.84 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced participation equity notes due Sept. 24, 2024 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is greater than the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the index return, subject to a maximum settlement amount of par plus 18.975%.

If the index return is flat, or greater than or equal to the 85% buffer level, investors will receive par.

If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.
