Chicago, March 15 – Jefferies Financial Group Inc. priced $890,000 of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation to a cap and principal return at maturity due Dec. 2, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain in the index, up to par plus 50%.
Otherwise, the payout will be par.
