New Issue: GS Finance sells $562,000 autocallable contingent coupon notes on four indexes

By Kiku Steinfeld

Chicago, Nov. 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $562,000 of autocallable contingent coupon index-linked notes due March 14, 2030 tied to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 5% if each index closes at or above the coupon trigger level, 70% of the initial level, on the valuation date for that period.

The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial index level on any quarterly call observation date after one year.

If the notes are not called and each index closes at or above 65% of initial value, the payout at par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the least-performing index.
