New Issue: Barclays prices $143,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Dow, Nasdaq
Chicago, Oct. 25 – Barclays Bank plc priced $143,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Feb. 26, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times the least-performing index’s return. If the least-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 30%.
