New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.02 million buffered PLUS tied to S&P, Russell, Dow

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.02 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 3, 2024 linked to the performance of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain of the least performing index, subject to a maximum return of par plus 40%.

If the least performing index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 15%.
