Chicago, Aug. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $720,000 of 0% uncapped dual directional buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 15, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout will be par plus 107.9% of the worst performing index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 15% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
