New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.44 million review notes linked to S&P, Russell, Nasdaq
New York, July 25 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.44 million of 0% review notes due July 23, 2027 linked to the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at a premium of 12.5% per year if the worst performing index closes at or above its initial level on any annual review date.
If the notes are not called and the worst performing index ends at or above its 70% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines from its initial level.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
