New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $500,000 7.7% yield notes on S&P, Dow, Russell

Buffalo, N.Y., July 8 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $500,000 of 7.7% yield notes due July 8, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Dow Jones industrial average and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 60% knock-in level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing index from its initial level.
