New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.26 million market-linked securities on Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., May 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.26 million of market-linked securities due May 11, 2027 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least performing index.
If the worst performer declines, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer to a minimum payout of 95% of par.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
