New Issue: TD Bank prices $25,000 capped leveraged buffered notes on S&P 500

Chicago, May 5 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $25,000 of 0% capped leveraged buffered notes due Oct. 5, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,132.40 per $1,000 of notes.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.
