New Issue: TD Bank sells $421,2000 leveraged capped notes on S&P 500

Chicago, March 24 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $421,2000 of 0% leveraged capped notes due March 17, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of the index return, subject to a maximum payout of par plus 19.65%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
