New Issue: TD Bank prices $3 million leveraged buffered notes on Russell, S&P, Nasdaq

Columbus, Ohio, March 17 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $3 million of 0% leveraged buffered notes due March 20, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 105% of any gain of least-performing index.

Investors will receive par if the least-performing index falls by up to 24.5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index beyond 24.5%.
