New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.42 million capped buffered equity notes linked to Dow, S&P

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.42 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Oct. 24, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final level of each index is greater than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the lesser-performing index’s return, capped at 42%.
If the final level of either index is less than its initial level by not more than 10%, investors will receive par.
If the final level of either index is less than its initial level by more than 10%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 10%.
