New Issue: Scotia sells $1.38 million digital notes on S&P 500 index

Chicago, Sept. 24 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $1.38 million of 0% digital notes due Aug. 25, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is at least 87.5% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.4%.
Investors will lose 1.1429% for each 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
