JPMorgan plans digital equity notes linked to S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due Sept. 14, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index return is greater than or equal to the threshold level, between 82.83% and 79.8% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,055 per $1,000 of notes.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2073% to 1.2531% for every 1% index decline beyond the threshold level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Aug. 10.

The Cusip number is 48132M3L3.
