New Issue: Barclays prices $3.38 million barrier SuperTrack notes linked to S&P, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, June 5 – Barclays Bank plc priced $3.38 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due May 31, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.575 times the lesser-performing index’s return. If the lesser-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. If it declines by more than 30%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.
