New Issue: JPMorgan sells $15.13 million digital contingent buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Los Angeles, March 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $15.13 million of 0% digital contingent buffered notes due March 17, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level or is less than the initial index level by up to 22.65%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 8%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final index level is less than the initial index level.
