Chicago, June 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $27,000 of 0% notes due Feb. 5, 2025 linked to the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Daily Risk Control 8% Excess Return index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.45 times the index return.
Otherwise, investors will receive par.
