Southwest Gas to sell five-year senior notes via four bookrunners

Los Angeles, Nov. 29 – Southwest Gas Corp. is offering senior notes due 2027, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will feature a make-whole call, followed by a par call.

BNY Mellon Capital Markets, LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the joint bookrunners. Blaylock Van, LLC and Samuel A. Ramirez & Co. Inc. are the co-managers.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.

Morrison & Foerster LLP will act as counsel for the issuer, and Ballard Spahr LLP will be counsel for the underwriters.

Proceeds will be used to repay outstanding amounts under the company’s credit facility. Any remaining funds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The natural gas distributor is based in Las Vegas.
