Southern States Cooperative to start roadshow Thursday for $100 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, Sept. 29 - Southern States Cooperative Inc.'s roadshow for its $100 million offering of eight-year senior notes will start Thursday, according to market sources.

Pricing is expected on Oct. 8.

Wachovia Securities will run the books for the Rule 144A offering.

The notes will come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance debt.

Southern States is a Richmond, Va.-based supplier of agricultural products and services.
