S&P affirms Southern Star Central

Standard & Poor’s said it affirmed its BBB- corporate credit rating and the BB+ senior unsecured rating on Southern Star Central Corp. S&P also affirmed the BBB- corporate credit rating on subsidiary Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline Inc.

“Standard & Poor’s ratings reflect Southern Star’s ‘strong’ business risk profile and ‘aggressive’ financial risk profile,” said S&P credit analyst Nora Pickens in a news release.
