Automatic Data Processing plans to price offering of senior notes

Los Angeles, Aug. 11 – Automatic Data Processing, Inc. plans to price senior notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are the joint bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
