S&P affirms Autodesk

S&P said it affirmed its BBB rating on Autodesk Inc.

The company has moved beyond what S&P believes is Autodesk’s riskiest phase of its transition to subscription pricing.

S&P said the outlook reflects its view that the company is in a new phase and that Autodesk’s very high recurring revenue will support its operating performance.
