Moody's rates South Placer, Calif., wastewater bonds A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an underlying rating of A2 to the South Placer Wastewater Authority, Calif.'s $165.8 million of variable-rate demand refunding wastewater revenue bonds, series 2008A and series 2008B.

The issue includes $73 million of series A and $92.8 million of series 2008B.

The bonds were sold on April 10.
