Moody's: Sound Global notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a definitive B1 senior unsecured rating to Sound Global Ltd.'s $150 million 11 7/8% five-year senior unsecured notes due in 2017.

The outlook is stable.

The company will use the net proceeds from the bond issue to finance its build, operate & transfer projects, refinance debt and for other general corporate purposes.
