By Susanna Moon

Chicago, July 19 - Sound Global Ltd. said it plans to issue senior notes, subject to market conditions and investors' interest.

The company is planning to offer the notes beginning July 20 to professional investors and will begin a series of investor meetings beginning July 23, according to a company press release.

Proceeds from the issue also will be used to invest in the company's prospective BOT projects, to refinance its 6% convertible bonds due 2015 and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

HSBC and Deutsche Bank are the joint lead managers and bookrunners.

The company said it has received approval to list the notes on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
