Moody's cuts Sotera Defense CFR

Moody's Investors Service said it lowered the corporate family rating of Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. to Caa1 from B3 and affirmed the bank credit facility rating of B3.

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the lowered corporate family rating reflects a significant amount of year-over-year organic revenue decline during the first nine months of 2012 stemming from Sotera's Force Mobility and Modernization Solutions segment.
