Moody's: Sotera to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the B3 corporate family rating of Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. and revised the outlook to negative from stable.

Concurrently, a B3 rating has been assigned to the company's planned $35 million first-lien incremental term loan.

Moody's said the negative outlook reflects greater financial leverage than it anticipated will result from Sotera's efforts to build its services segment.
