Knoxville, Tenn., April 9 - Sorbent Technologies Corp. said it raised $1.46 million in a private placement of common shares.
Proceeds will be used to expand the company's mercury sorbent supply capabilities and for general corporate purposes.
Twinsburg, Ohio-based Sorbent Technologies is a full-service power plant mercury control provider.
