Moody's: Songa outlook negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook of Songa Offshore SE to negative from stable and affirmed its B2 corporate family and probability-of-default rating.

The negative outlook reflects Moody's view that the consequences of the Macondo oil spill, and the moratorium imposed by the U.S. government on deepwater drilling through November 2010, will negatively impact Songa's operations, the agency said.
